PRODUCT RETURN
Can you return the purchased product?
FANMEDIA Atmospheric Music provides its customers with a return option within 14 days of taking possession of the purchased products. This right also applies to digital content that is not saved on a tangible medium, provided that the process of downloading files to the terminal device has not been started before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. In this case, you lose the right to withdraw from the distance contract.
Can you return any purchased product?
Not every product you have the right to return to. Due to the nature and specificity of the product, the right of return does not apply to:
- audio or visual recordings provided in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery,
- digital content that is not saved on a tangible medium if you started downloading the content to your own device before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. This action involves the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract, about which you have been informed in the Shop’s Regulations,
- Works on the OPFP License or OPFP License for Works that are subject to the License Fee – a one-time non-refundable fee paid by the Licensee. The OPFP license is sent to the e-mail address by the last message as confirmation of the fully performed service.
Step by step – how can you return a product?
You can make a refund using the Contract withdrawal form or by hand statement of withdrawal from the contract. Fill it in carefully, remembering to clearly enter the bank account number and to sign the document. Sign the Statement of withdrawal from the contract and a copy of the invoice to the address hello(at)fanmedia.eu
Remember:
- You make a refund at your own expense, which is not refundable;
- You are responsible for reducing the value of the good as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good;
- Don’t forget to attach a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice);
- Sign the return document. Unsigned documents will not be recognized;
- The deadline for returning the payment may be from 5 to 14 days from receipt of the Statement of withdrawal from the contract;
- Reimbursement payments are made using the same method of payment that you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method of reimbursement. In any case, you do not incur any fees for return payments;
PRODUCT COMPLAINT
The FANMEDIA Atmospheric Music Store is liable to the Customer if the sold product has a physical or legal defect (warranty), where the physical defect consists in the incompatibility of the sold product with the contract.
We have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to respond to your warranty claim and let you know how to proceed.
A warranty claim should include:
- details of the person or entity submitting the complaint (name and surname or full name, contact details);
- indication of the reason for the complaint;
- the content of the task.
In order for us to process your warranty claim, you should carefully complete the Product Complaint Form, remembering to clearly enter your bank account number and to sign the document. Send the signed Product Complaint Form and a copy of the invoice to hello(at)fanmedia.eu
If we consider a complaint in your favor, we will immediately replace the defective product with a non-defective one or remove the defect. If it is not possible to replace the product or remove the product defect, we will refund the payment immediately, in accordance with applicable law.
In other respects, the Shop’s liability under the warranty for product defects in relation to customers is excluded. The Shop’s liability for damages caused to customers is limited to the amount that the customer has paid for the product.
