The acquisition or purchase of an OPFP License means that the Licensee has been granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Licensed Works in specific fields of use, to the extent resulting from the selected License Type worldwide. The Licensee in no way acquires ownership of the Licensed Works. All rights of the Licensor and the owner of rights to the Works are reserved.

License Fee is a one-off and non-refundable fee that the Licensee pays. The amount of the License Fee depends on the rights resulting from the License Type. The Document confirming the payment is the OPFP License Purchase Document.
